Today is Tanabata or Star Festival in Japan 。All the kids from Koala to Lion Team were dressed up with their Yukatas and Jinbei. They were all gathered at the second floor to have a short program. They read and hanged their wishes written on a paper in the branch of a bamboo.
This festival celebrates the meeting of the deities Orihime and Hikoboshi. The Milky Way separates these lovers and only meet once a year.
The kids enjoyed their special lunch as well.
